Restore your body and mind with somatic Yin yoga and self massage, releasing tension and inviting deep relaxation.

YOUR RETREAT DAY ITINERARY
10:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Welcome & Sharing Circle
Start the day with a warm welcome and a chance to share intentions, creating a safe and supportive space for connection.
10:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Energising Movement Practice
Awaken the body with a dynamic yoga flow, focusing on mindful movement and breath to build energy and alignment.
12:00 PM - 12:30 PM: Breathwork Session
Centre yourself with a guided breathwork practice, fostering relaxation and mental clarity.
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Nourishing Lunch
Enjoy a wholesome, seasonal lunch while connecting with others in the peaceful surroundings.
1:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Forest Walk
Rejuvenate with a mindful walk through the beautiful woodland, soaking in the sights and sounds of nature.
2:30 PM - 3:30 PM: Creative Workshop –
Tap into your creativity by crafting personalised artwork, focusing on self-reflection and positive intentions.
3:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Somatic Yin Yoga
Unwind with an extended restorative Yin yoga session, releasing tension and calming the nervous system through deep, held postures.
5:00 PM: Closing & Outside Gathering
End the retreat, reflecting on the day and leaving with a sense of peace and inspiration.
