Alex believes in the power of self-care and self-healing.  She is dedicated to creating a supportive and nurturing environment for our students. Join Alex and embark on a journey of self-discovery and well-being.

Yoga enables us to recognise the connection between our mind and body, promoting balance and harmony through movement and breath. It teaches us to pay attention to our bodies and the messages our emotions convey, leading to emotional healing and stability. With its techniques, such Asanas, Pranayama, and meditation, yoga offers a range of resources for managing emotions, releasing tension, calming the nervous system, and cultivating inner peace.

what we teach

In our community, we focus on teaching classes that include pranayama, yogic philosophy, mudras, and mantras. As a yoga student, I am constantly learning from both life experiences and wiser teachers. I welcome you all if you are new to yoga or have practised it for several years.

FLOW

We offer classes that focus on Vinyasa flow, and movement, catering to all levels of ability to ensure that you feel comfortable and confident.

REST. RESTORE. REBALANCE.

This class helps you tune in to what your body is craving. It's a powerful class that'll leave you feeling restored and relaxed. Some classes incorporate a sound bath.

YIN

Yin Yoga focuses on slow-paced exercises and incorporates principles of traditional Chinese medicine. It involves Asanas held for longer periods and self acupressure.

1-1 CLASS

For individuals seeking a personalised teaching experience, we offer a program that focuses on identifying the necessary elements to achieve balance and compassion in their lives.

PADDLEBOARD YOGA

Experience practicing yoga and meditation on a 10-foot paddle board. This unique combination of yoga poses and meditation can provide significant benefits to your mind and body. Come float with us!

CHAIR YOGA

An adaptive yoga practice for strength, stamina, balance and, flexibility. Using techniques to support mobility, independence, flexibility, coordination, muscle strength and bone mass.
